She claimed business priorities can be more reasonably dealt with and considered when time is set aside for exercise and a social life too. Two key themes laid out by Lauren was planning in advance and finding the correct balance between business, health and social life.
With this advice in mind, Lauren ended her workshop with a promise that those who lay the foundations for a productive and successful week are more likely to smash their targets.
